Kate is a Houston native who has participated in a variety of sports throughout her life. She believes in setting personal goals and enjoys pushing her physical limits. Kate is a Performance Enhancement and Corrective Exercise Specialist, with a NASM Personal Trainer Certification and a B.A. in Communication.
Kate joined the fitness industry in 2011 as a way to combine her belief in fitness with her passion for helping others achieve their goals. She was a member at Orangetheory for one year before officially joining the OTF team.

Jodie has been in the health industry for seven years and has continued her growth as an athlete and instructor in many different ways. Starting in professional mountain biking, she obtained her USA Cycling coaching license, NASM personal trainer Certification, TRX instructor, and Catalyst olympic weightlifting coaching certificate. She enjoys working with individuals and watching their personal journey and confidence grow. Jodie is the Head Trainer at OTF Cinco Ranch-Katy.
Michelle is a Certified Personal Trainer through National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology with Minor in Corporate Communications and is a Certified Professional Human Resources (PHR, SHRM-CP).
Michelle works in the corporate world by day and then swaps her heels for her sneakers.
Michelle started as a member in 2014 when OTF opened their doors in Houston, she won the weight loss challenge in 2015 at the OTF Tanglewood location.
She became a personal trainer to inspire and pay it forward. When she's not coaching or squeezing in a OTF workout, she's indoor cycling, hanging out with her crazed workout friends or listening to music.
She knows what it takes and is willing to get you there with a lot of sweat and determination.
