Andrew began his career in personal training in 2011 to help fund his studies in Exercise Science at Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia. In that time he has coached everything from strength and conditioning for youth and elite athletes, senior citizen "silver sneakers" based classes, and at studios with similar formats to Orangetheory. Andrew's passion for fitness and health began at a young age training for sports. He jokes that, "I'm only a coach because it's the only thing I actually know how to do in this world." When Andrew isn't at work he can typically be found sitting in a gym occasionally picking up a weight once or twice, walking his Portuguese water dog that is scared of water, or exploring events and festivals in the Houston area.
Jodie has been in the health industry for seven years and has continued her growth as an athlete and instructor in many different ways. Starting in professional mountain biking, she obtained her USA Cycling coaching license, NASM personal trainer Certification, TRX instructor, and Catalyst olympic weightlifting coaching certificate. She enjoys working with individuals and watching their personal journey and confidence grow. Jodie is the Head Trainer at OTF Cinco Ranch-Katy.
Kate is a Houston native who has participated in a variety of sports throughout her life. She believes in setting personal goals and enjoys pushing her physical limits. Kate is a Performance Enhancement and Corrective Exercise Specialist, with a NASM Personal Trainer Certification and a B.A. in Communication.
 
Kate joined the fitness industry in 2011 as a way to combine her belief in fitness with her passion for helping others achieve their goals. She was a member at Orangetheory for one year before officially joining the OTF team.

HEART MONITORED TRAINING

 

Backed by the science of post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), our heart-rate monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.

COACH SUPPORT

 

Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.
